These Terms of Use are provided by GYPSIES WEST COAST, LLC.By registering for an account or accepting the User Terms and Privacy Policy posted on the Application, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree to the End User License Agreement or our Privacy Policy, you should not use the Service. We may change the End User License Agreement and our Privacy Policy at any time without notice, effective upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the Application will be deemed your acceptance of the revised End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these End User License Agreements, please do not use this application.

NOTE: Anyone 18 years of age or older is eligible to enter the Contest. The game uses GPS to locate your mobile device to confirm that you are in a location that allows cash tournaments. Cash tournaments currently in progress are banned in certain countries and certain US states (Bingo: DE, LA, MD, MT and TN; Solitaire: DE, LA, MD, MT, TN, IN, ME and TX) comply with local regulations. We make sure that every game offers the same situation for every player. We also monitor gamers to prevent cheating and ensure matches are fair.APPLE is not a sponsor or provider of our tournaments, contests, sweepstakes or prizes. All competitions, competitions, draws and prizes are provided by us ourselves.

Subject to your full and continuing compliance with all terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, we grant you permission to access and use the Application solely for your personal use. You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform any part of the Application. You may not use the Application for any purpose other than that for which the Application was expressly designed. If applicable law prohibits your use of the Application, you may not use it.

All intellectual property rights on the Application are owned by us or its licensors, including material protected by copyright, trademark or patent laws. Certain services and software may allow you to create digital objects, such as avatars. Such digital objects, as well as any digital or virtual objects or assets we assign to your account, such as wings or virtual goods, are collectively referred to as "Digital Assets". You acknowledge that because all Digital Assets are created through the Software and/or Services, we fully and exclusively own all Digital Assets. When using the Services, you acknowledge that designated virtual currencies, such as bonus cash, gems, are known as non-redeemable virtual assets and that we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to add or remove the types of virtual assets that may be offered through the Services at any time. Reasons to obtain any virtual assets from the Service. To the extent that we do not automatically own any Digital Assets, you hereby irrevocably, expressly and automatically assign to us, in perpetuity, all right, title and interest in and to any such Digital Assets, without limitation, All copyrights, patent rights, trade secrets, trademarks, moral rights and all other proprietary and intellectual property rights applicable worldwide. It is a platform that enables skill-based multiplayer tournaments on mobile devices while providing gamers with the ability to compete for real prizes. Games powered by us will clearly differentiate themselves as games of skill rather than games of chance. This difference makes the tournament legal in most of the United States.

The Application may contain links to websites, applications or other products or services operated by other companies ("Third Party Platforms"). We do not endorse, monitor or control these third-party platforms, which have separate end user license agreements and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party platforms and your access to such third-party platforms is at your own risk.

The Application contains services and features available for certain mobile devices. Your carrier's normal rates and fees apply. Not all mobile services are available on all carriers or devices. By using Game's mobile services, you agree that we may communicate electronically with your device and that certain information about your use of the Services may be shared with us. If you change or deactivate your mobile phone number, you must promptly update your account information to ensure that we do not send your messages to others.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate your account, terminate your right to use Company Services, remove or edit content, or void bonuses therein at our own discretion. You agree that any termination of your account and/or rights to use the Company’s Services may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that the Company may immediately deactivate or delete your account and any information related to your account and/or the Bar. Any further access to all relevant information and documents. We may require you to establish a positive account balance of any amount in order to participate in Cash Contests. Close account. If you are a "cash player" you can request to withdraw funds from your available account balance at any time. Users can request withdrawals via PayPal. Withdrawal requests may take up to 15 days to process, subject to our game confirming fund availability. We reserve the right to freeze user accounts and/or delay withdrawal requests until any investigation into reports of users requesting to withdraw funds or suspected abuse is completed. The minimum amount for any withdrawal (except when your account is closed) is $2.00. If your account is then closed based on Battle Bingo freezing the user account, delaying withdrawal requests or stating that funds were forfeited due to fraudulent activity on your part, the remaining funds in your account upon closure will be returned to you. If you withdraw funds from your account, you will forfeit any bonus cash currently in your account.

We will not give you any refund unless otherwise required by law.

Any attempt to make payment by using a credit card or other payment method, regardless of the outcome, or your failure to honor any legitimate charge or payment request will result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of winnings, and pursuit of civil action and/or criminal prosecution.

Cash Players may receive bonus cash and/or points ("Bonus Cash"). Prize cash may only be used to enter cash contests and for no other purpose. When you enter a cash contest, $0.01 of the bonus cash will be applied toward entry into the contest, for every $0.10 spent in contest fees. However, if Bonus Cash is the only currency available in your account, additional Bonus Cash will be used to enter the Cash Contest. When you win a cash contest, any winning cash you used to pay the entry fee will be refunded to you, and any additional earnings above the entry fee will be refunded in USD. If you do not participate in a Cash Contest for 60 consecutive days, all winnings and cash in your account will be forfeited.

Cash players should submit their scores within 10 minutes of completing the game. If a cash player fails to submit a score in more than 10 minutes, the score will be canceled, and the score will be zero.

If your account is unilaterally closed or terminated due to fraud on your part, we may determine that the funds in your account have been forfeited and not returned to you.

You must not engage in any conduct in any of our contests or competitions which may unfairly alter your chances of winning or constitute fraudulent conduct ("Fraud"), which may include, but is not limited to, (i) registration and/or use of Multiple accounts, (ii) use of unauthorized or altered software or hardware to facilitate gameplay (including, for example, the use of bots, botnets, jailbroken or rooted devices, collusion with bots, and/or the use of cheats (such as debuggers, clock skew software, and memory scanners), (iii) intentionally underperforming to gain a competitive advantage, (iv) colluding with other players (e.g., intentionally losing rematches in cash games); (v) Intentionally transferring funds between accounts (e.g., money laundering), (vi) harassing other participants, (vii) fraudulently obtaining gifts of deposits and (viii) posting objectionable material.

If we discover any fraud, we may, at our sole discretion: (i) terminate your account immediately, as well as prevent you from accessing the Services; (ii) cancel and forfeit any winnings you may be entitled to receive; (iii) refund and/ or recover any winnings you received; (iv) institute or seek any injunctive relief, civil and/or criminal proceedings against you and/or any of your co-conspirators arising out of or in connection with your abusive conduct or (v) disclose or report any money laundering or similar illegal activity to law enforcement agencies.

The content referred to in this agreement refers to the information transmitted, uploaded, and shared by users during the use of the game, including but not limited to registration information, such as account avatar, name, user description, and authentication information.

Users may not use game accounts or this service to spread content prohibited by the following laws, regulations and policies:

Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, and instigation;
Insulting or defaming others and infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests;

In addition to the above, as an agent for our developer partners, we reserve the right to: Disclose or report any similar illegal money laundering activities to law enforcement and regulatory authorities. You acknowledge that the various rules, regulations and laws governing sweepstakes, contests and tournaments and the entry fees and/or prizes governing your participation in the Contests ("Gambling Laws") govern the gaming laws of each state, country, territory or jurisdiction in the United States. Accordingly, the Software does not permit cash contest bars to be made available to users participating in contests in any state in which such contests are located in violation of their gambling laws ("Prohibited Jurisdictions"), and if you are located in any Prohibited Jurisdiction then, You may not enter cash contests. The Game is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any interactions with other users of the App, people you meet through the App, or who find you as a result of information posted on, through or through the App program. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other users on the Application and to make any necessary investigations before meeting another person. The Game is under no obligation to become involved in any user disputes, but may do so in its sole discretion.

You agree to indemnify APPS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and expenses, including without limitation attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way related to your personal information, your use of the Application, your conduct in connection with the Application or other Users, or any violation of these EULAs, any law or the rights of any third party .

You agree that the Game has the right to suspend or deactivate your account or your access to certain parts of the Game without any prior notice or liability to you. Upon such termination, we may delete your account and other information associated with your account.Reasons for such termination may be, without limitation, any violation of this Agreement, requests by law enforcement or other governmental agencies.

If any provision of these End User License Agreements is held to be invalid, the remainder of these End User License Agreements shall continue to be enforceable. If any provision of these End User License Agreements is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from these End User License Agreements and the remaining provisions of the License Agreement remain valid and enforceable.
